We are in the business of buying small businesses. We are excited to acquire and invest in small businesses with attractive growth prospects and strong leadership. We generally acquire businesses that are owner operated and support less than 10 full time employees. We use our unique experiences and resources to accelerate the long-term growth and development of our companies and their people.

Investment Criteria

The companies we invest in typically share these dynamic characteristics:

• Outstanding management and consistent employee relations

• Minimum 5 years in operation

• Clearly defined and growing market

• At least $100K in EBITDA
